Where/How can I identify a plant that is growing in my backyard?

It resembles a vine, is used for ground cover, the stem is purple with a pink flower that blossom and tiny yellow flowers springing from it.

google it or take a piece to your local greenhouse or farmers market.
Reply:If you cant link a photo to this question cut off a piece of this vine and take to you local county extension office they should identify for free.(this is paid for with you local taxes.)
