What kind of weed is this?

This plant does not get very tall; usually about a foot high. In the center it has tiny small yellow center flowers with very tiny white petals. Here is an image of what it looks like: http://s206.photobucket.com/albums/bb261...

I'd bet a nickel it is smallflower galinsoga. There is a pic on this page:

Reply:I think it's Horse Herb. It's a native ground cover in Texas. I had it in my front yard at the condo I just bought. I thought it was a weed too and killed it off. Then I discovered it was a native GC when I was looking for a replacement. Here's a picture off the web.
