Tomatoe plants?

We have tomato plants in our garden that are almost 2.5 feet tall. They get small yellow flowers, but I have not seen any fruits. The flowers die down after few days. When to expect fruits on these plants? Any particular season? Anything we can do to grow fruits on these?

Tomatoe plants?
Hello! The fruit will appear after the flower falls off.

Ps.. If you don't get rid of the suckers, the plant won't produce tomatoes. This will help

Good luck!
Reply:You do not water tomatoe plants every day..about twice a week is normal unless in the very heat of the summer....You water tomatoes when you see the edge of the leaves just slightly begin to curl....also what you have is called "blossom drop"..here is an article on this and the cure for it..
Reply:Every flower will produce fruit as long as there are no problems, IE pests fungus ect.. The fruit will appear at the base of the flower. keep watching you should see fruit forming soon. Do not pull the flowers off, let them wilt and fall.
Reply:All tomatoes need to be pollinated. This can be done by bumble bees, a paint brush or the easiest way use a product called Blossom set. If you don't have bumble bees in your yard you must try the other method.

Reply:If your plants are disease free ,growing in good soil %26amp; getting enough sunshine, they will soon bear fruit, tall plants need staking ,when flowers are pollinated they go on to fruit formation, the calyx persists but the petals wither %26amp; drop off,in the centre of the calyx will be a tiny, plump rudiment of the tometo, which rapidly grows larger %26amp; there ,your plants are fruiting, this makes all the effort worth while.Wait %26amp; watch, good luck with the satisfing hobby of gardening.
