What kind of Cactus do I have?

It does not grow up very much and its prickles are really small-they are more like bumps. The "leaves" are very fleshy and thick and are in the shape of triangles. Every once in a while it will grow a stalk that is about 2 feet long with a small yellow flower on it.

What kind of Cactus do I have?
Sounds more like an aloe than a cactus to me. Do a google image search for "aloe" and see what you find.
